Project menu commands

The Project menu has the following commands:

Item Description
New Project  Creates a new project.
Open Project  Opens an existing project and updates the workspace window with the files in the project.
Close Project  Closes the current project.
Project Settings  Views and/or modifies current project settings.
Add File To Project  Adds a file to the current project.
