Input test of nanoWipom board

Input test of nanoWipom board.
The test checks 4 digital inputs (DIN1-4).
Install X15-X25,X27 jumpers.
 Short the corresponding terminals (DINx+ and DINx-) of X26 to check an opto-isolated inputs.
